New at Walt Disney World this summer: experimenting the latest theme park offers

A large part of your holidays at Walt Disney World is to live the most recent and larger on parks and stations. If you are like me and it is someone who frequents parks at least once a year, then Check what is new makes every vacation unique and exciting! Indeed, Disney World has done a lot this year, With many other projects that descend the pike in the coming years.

I just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World where I was able to discover all the new major additions to the parks This summer (and there is even more to come this year that has not yet opened!). Let us summarize what happened to Walt Disney World this summer and what you need to prioritize during your next visit if you want to check the new features.

Disney Starlight

Maybe the most anticipated addition to the Disney World list this summer may have been Disney Starlight: Dream all night. This marks the return of night parades to Magic Kingdom in almost a decade (If you do not count the night parades offered to the Halloween party not so practical of Mickey and the very Merry Christmas of Mickey). Magic Kingdom and night parades go together like peanut butter and jelly, so this addition was very necessary.

For its initial race (and I hope beyond that), Disney Starlight has two projections: 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. If you and your party can stay a little later, I highly recommend the 11:00 p.m. show. I was able to take an ideal place on Main Street 10 minutes before the parade. For the two projections, the parade begins on Main Street and heads towards Frontierland (where he leaves by Tiana’s Bayou Adventure).

The parade itself is on the shortest side – The night I saw the parade, the lights died in my location at 11:09 p.m. and the last float went by 15 minutes later at 11:26 p.m. A shorter execution time can be good if you have small ones that reach the ends of their batteries at night. If you catch the 9:00 p.m. parade and have a good place on Main Street, stay in place, because the nocturnal fireworks “Happily Every After” take place at 10:00 pm (however, in my opinion, there are superb views of viewing all around Magic Kingdom).

The majority of Disney stars include floatsWith very few “ground interpreters” between the two. Whether you sit along the first row or rest a few rows back, you should have a magnificent view of most of the parade. The function of floats Film characters like Frozen,, Wish,, Charm,, Moanaand more.

Like many night parades, there is also a Disney princess float designated:

THE final float is my favorite. He presents a new character, a train named FantasyAnd this is where you will see the Fab Five With some bonus characters.

Overall, Disney Starlight is a welcome addition to the Magic Kingdom entertainment range. My favorite night parade is still painted at night, which is currently taking place at Disneyland Park.

That’s not all: even more changes arrive in Magic Kingdom

Test track

Test track was my favorite walk in Epcot when I was a child when it was opened in 1999. Since then, the walk has undergone some major changes, with The most recent opening for the public on July 22. “Test track 3.0” as mentioned by the fans brings the last before and at the center of automotive technology while you Test the “test vehicle of tomorrow”.

The new Test Track version is a love letter to Epcot And the rides that preceded it. Fans of the previous versions of the driving will love the heads, and fans of The World of Motion, the pavilion that existed in the same place before the test track, will love the tributes found throughout the walk.

The disposition of driving is exactly the same, with all its usual turns and surprises along the way along the way. With a refreshment soundtrack and amazing visuals, It is an essential attraction for thrill seekers.

Test Track is historically one of the most popular trips in Epcot, so plan accordingly. It is currently included in the purchase of Multi Pass Lightning Lane as a level one attraction.

Geo-82

While Disney World is designed for customers of all ages, Exclusive respites for adults are rare. That’s why Geo-82The new living room that opened its doors to Epcot this summer was an addition so welcome for many. Admission to Geo-82 is Limited to customers aged 21 and over. Despite the restriction of age (or perhaps because of this), it is one of the most delicate reserves to grasp now and, to date, Geo-82 does not accept walk-ups.

Geo-82 is nestled at the back of the land of the spaceship (You will find its entry, almost in Speakeasy style, near one of the outings to project tomorrow when you leave the space vessel of the earth). Go to the floor and you will find a sophisticated space on the theme of Epcot flagship attraction.

Its menu is mainly features craft cocktailseach having a culinary infusion (Our server told us that the Epcot culinary team had as much word to say in the development of drinks as the bar team). Alcohol -free beer, wine and cocktails are also available, as well as Small bites.

There are some of “Out of the menu” drinks Also, like this delicious martini at the banana espresso that I ordered.

Even a conservative visit Geo-82 will cost you a nice penny: our two cocktails and a cold meats were nearly $ 100 after tip. But if you are looking for a calm and calm break in the bustle of a theme park, Geo-82 is a great place to do it.

Prioritize these reservations to eat during your next Disney World vacation.

New shows in Hollywood studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios also has some new additions if you are looking for something different this summer and beyond. A pair of shows, Disney Villains: unjustly never after and the little mermaid – a musical celebration is in great ways to enjoy a brief air -conditioned break while enjoying catchy pieces.

(Photo: Walt Disney World)

The little mermaid – a musical celebration can be found in the old travel location of the Little Mermaid, the longtime show tell the story of the 1989 animated classic The little mermaid. This new show does the same, but with a technology and updated theatrical effects that will surely impress the whole family.

Disney bad guys: unjustly never is an interactive fun spectacle that makes the audience decides which Disney villain is most misunderstood. It is fast, flowing at about 17 minutes, but it is visually engaging and quite fun (with an original catchy song to start).

The two programs are worth consulted during your next visit to the Hollywood studios, Especially if you travel with young people. Know that these emissions tend to fill (both the ones I checked filled with full capacity), so align you early. Thank you during shorter racing hours, The two shows have performances throughout the daySo if you miss a show, you won’t have to wait a long time to catch the next one.

Coming in 2025

There is still a lot to hope for in 2025 at Walt Disney World, even after a busy summer season. If you are like me (who is a major fan of the Caribbean pirates), then you probably have on the songs to check Beak and barrel, A new tavern inspired by the classic boat walk to come to Magic Kingdom.

(Photo: Walt Disney World)

The tavern will be located near the output of the attraction and will have a Menu designed for customers of all ages. Given the planned demand, I imagine that the experience will look a lot like the Disney Hollywood Cantina in Hollywood studios, with time limits, drinking limits, and others (and hope it with more seats).

At the end of 2025, “Zootopia: Even better!” will open at the Tree of Life theater from Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This new show replaces “It is difficult to be a bug”, which concluded its race earlier this year.

And, of course, there is the Seasonal favorites are back later this year In addition to all these new improvements in the park. Halloween party not so practical of Mickey start in just a few weeks, followed by the return of International Festival of Epcot Food and Wine To complete the start of fall season.

Then, in November, Mickey’s very happy Christmas party And Disney Nights Jollywood Return as headliner events for the holiday season.
