Walt Disney World undergoes significant changes in his parks in the coming years. New lands and upgrades to existing attractions will reshape the holiday experience that we have known and face the field for the next generation of fans of the theme park. Personally, I am really excited for these changes, although it is always sad to see something nostalgic near to make room.
Example: At the beginning of 2026, the rest of Dinoland USA in Disney’s Animal Kingdom closed definitively so that the area could turn into a new land inspired by tropical Americas. This is the next important and large -scale addition to come to Walt Disney World, so it’s worth taking a look at the project and seeing exactly what we can expect once it is finished.
Tropical Americas Land, “Pueblo Esperanza”, opening in 2027
Lands on the theme of tropical Americas will be the first New Terre of Animal Kingdom since the opening of Pandora – the Avatar world in 2017. When writing these lines, an exact opening date has not been announced, but we know that it arrives in 2027.

Attractions and restaurants of tropical Americas
